Our team leaders are Nancy Buckstad and Candy Gilder. Nancy primarily works with sellers. Candy primarily works with buyers. Our goal is to keep your home in front of potential buyers at all times. Lynne Kelly, our team assistant, has been a graphic designer since 1992 and has specialized in marketing real estate since 2000. She provides professional advertising materials to market your home.
Nancy is a graduate of Dowling College - Oakdale, NY. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. After working as a CPA, Nancy decided that she was looking for a career change and real estate has been the perfect fit. Her analytical abilities help her to quickly determine the value of a property, enabling sellers to get the most value from their property.
Candy Gilder has been a licensed Realtor for over 20 years. Starting in new construction at a young age, she understands not only the buying process but is extremely knowledgeable in home construction. Her vast experience and negotiating skills enable buyers to obtain their goal of home ownership.
Nancy and Candy are full-time real estate Brokers specializing in Mecklenburg, Iredell, Cabarrus, Union, York and Lancaster Counties. They are licensed in North and South Carolina. Their goal is to provide their clients with the highest degree of service, whether it's selling your home or working toward finding your dream home.
