Born in Birmingham, AL and raised in Charlotte he has experienced her phenomenal growth. He can provide interesting insights that include information about Charlotte and surrounding regions.

Having been a successful business owner and employer in Charlotte for many years, he understands the importance of making each client’s transaction the enjoyable, effortless, and rewarding experience it should be.

From past personal experience he understands the emotional and physical processes involved in moving. He is dedicated to making the transition as smooth as possible.

Fred has special training for the 50+ community and has earned the SRES® designation. In addition Fred has special training in pricing and listing residential real estate and has earned the SPS® and SLS designation as well as the TateMaster's Designation from Tate University.

Fred is also committed to his community. He has served as past President of Mecklenburg Kiwanis Club as well as served on the Board of Directors of The Employers Association.

In his spare time Fred enjoys time with family, reading, walking, an occasional round of golf and traveling. Fred is a fan of high school and college sports, PGA, NFL, Charlotte Knights baseball and auto racing. He serves his Church and is involved in the Mercy Ministry.
