• Over 28 years of real estate experience including management of all Kavanagh Homes' on-site models. Responsible for managing, training, recruiting and retaining the sales team. Involved in all aspects of the business including site selection and product development. Relocated to the Asheville area and built a successful career with Beverly-Hanks & Associates Realtors winning awards and recognition.
• Served on various Boards, chaired numerous committees and active in the building, development and real estate industry. Participated in Greensboro, Burlington, Hendersonville, High Point, Winston-Salem and Rockingham County REALTORS®' Associations and Builders’ Associations.
• Received the Prestigious MIRM (Member Institute of Residential Marketing) designation as well as the CMP (Certified Marketing Professional), CSP (Certified Site Professional) and the CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist) designations from the National Association of Home Builders. Served 2 terms on the Board of Directors for Greater Greensboro Builders Association, received the prestigious Lifetime Spike award, served as Chairman of Parade of Homes and Co-Chair of the Showcase of Homes, as well as serving on numerous other committees and receiving various other awards and recognition for service.
• Currently serving as President of the Northwest Guilford Kiwanis Club, Past-President and Board of Directors of the Merchants Association of Oak Ridge, Treasurer of the Oak Ridge 10 Year Anniversary Committee, Member of the Board of Directors for Preservation Oak Ridge, Member of the Board of Visitors for Oak Ridge Military Academy, Northwest Triad Merchants Association and a member of the Sales & Marketing Council, Greater Greensboro Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders.
