What makes a realtor great? Experience.
Experience comes in a variety of ways. Mine has been acquired through relocation. My husband and our family have moved 8 times in the last 17 years. I have experienced home buying and selling in Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, Kentucky and South Carolina-twice. Each time staging, selling and buying a new home in every location.
Relocation has given me experience with a wide variety of home markets, home types, buyers and sellers. I have experienced the highs and lows of the market personally while buying and selling my own homes. I have experience in finding a perfect lot for building or I can lead you to that awe inspiring spec home. Or, I can locate a well-loved For Sale home that has just been placed on the market. I have bought them all.
By relocating so much myself, I fully understand the multiple emotions that come with finding your dream home. A home where it is your sanctuary and a place to raise your family. So whether it is a change of pace in the area you love or a relocation, let me be the Realtor to lead you through the pressures of finding your dream home.
What strengths can I share with you?
I am a great negotiator. Whether it is getting that playset included in the deal or helping you get the best price selling your home. I've done it for myself and I can do it for you.
I am super detail oriented person. There are a million and one details involving purchasing real estate. Let me help you keep track of those items and make the transition as smooth as possible. Let me be the one who keeps the process on track and on schedule.
I pride myself on having a trained eye. I am a professional photographer and I can present your home in the best light and help you achieve that perfect curb appeal that will make people want to see the inside of your home. Once inside they will love the staging of your home presenting the bestselling points of your home. We will highlight the things that made you love your home and help them fall in love with it just like you did.
I am a great salesperson. The reason I say that is that every move I have made in the last 17 years I have had to re-invent myself and sell MYSELF! I have had to sell myself to employers, neighbors, new friends, etc.
I quickly learned the best way to get acclimated to my new surroundings was to become involved with the area and people. Below are just a few ways I have accomplished that objective. I am familiar with the schools as an active volunteer and PTA board member. I serve on the swim board for a neighborhood swim team. My husband coaches Little League Baseball. I am also well connected within the community as a member of the Junior League of Greenville.
Let me help you settle in and become involved in your new community!
How will I help you? By sharing!
By sharing all the reasons my family calls Greenville our forever home!
My husband, our son and our beloved dog CoCo have all fallen in love with Greenville and the surrounding areas in a short time. The people, the wonderful weather, dog friendly businesses and the variety of things to do makes it a win-win for everyone. It's a physically active community, a caring community. The warmth expressed to our family-people or furry-is something I hope everyone who moves here can experience.
As a proud Allen Tate employee I would relish the opportunity to share my personal experiences with you as we navigate the ins and outs of new home ownership. Your new home. Your dream home.
Greenville-the place I call home.
Yeah, that Greenville!
