Cathryn brings a unique and compassionate perspective when it comes to relocating and the difficulties often found when integrating into a new area. Having spent much of her life “on the move”, she understands all too well the challenges a relocation can bring with it. It’s not just about finding a home, but about integrating yourself and family in a new community, finding everything from friends to hair stylists. Cathryn takes that knowledge and understanding, combined with her love of home and community, to help her clients navigate the ins and outs of a move, whether across town or across the globe.
Cathryn received her Bachelor of Science in Public History from East Carolina University. Through her studies here she found her passion for architecture while interning for the North Carolina Department of Cultural Resources at the NC Historic Preservation Office. Later, Cathryn became a legal assistant working for one of the largest law firms in South Carolina, but finally found her home at Allen Tate.
Cathryn’s expertise is research, and she will be relentless and determined in helping you with all of the details you need to make an informed decision in your move. This resolve, partnered with all of the resources Allen Tate has to offer, makes her a dynamic and valuable resource to her clients.
