Toni Woodgeard, Office Coordinator, has been a licensed real estate agent since 1995. She pays attention to all the details of our transactions and keeps our day-to-day activities running smoothly so we can devote our full attention to working with Buyers and Sellers.
Jennifer Wooten, Buyer's Agent. She has her Accredited Buyer Agent designation, ABR, and is a Graduate of the North Carolina Realtors Institute. Jennifer was recognized by the North Carolina Association of Realtors® as a "Rising Star". The experience she and her husband have from renovating many homes can help you visualize the full potential of a property.
Anne Flater, Buyer's Agent. Anne is also a Graduate of the North Carolina Realtors® Institute to better assists her clients. Anne has a background in the furniture industry. For many years she was a top sales person and designer. She can offer design ideas or help you stage your home to look its best.
