Asa Fleming, an Allen Tate Realtor® in the company’s Raleigh-Glenwood office, has earned a Master of Real Estate degree from the Realtor® University Graduate School of Real Estate. His academic concentration is in residential real estate sales, marketing and management.

Fleming was awarded his degree at the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Midyear Legislative Meeting held May 17 in Washington, D.C. Ronald Phipps, Board of Regents chairman and 2011 NAR President, presented the degree to Fleming.

Realtor University, accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission, is the only accredited institution of high education focused exclusively on real estate.

“We applaud Asa for taking the initiative to gain the advanced knowledge and analytical skills needed to manage today’s changing real estate environment. His expertise will be an asset to his clients and peers,” said Phyllis Brookshire, president, Allen Tate Realtors.

Fleming currently serves as president of the NC Realtors and is a past president of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors.
