Allen Tate Companies , the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named April Harbin as sales manager of the company’s Rock Hill office at 1602 Ebenezer Road in Rock Hill, S.C.
In her new role, Harbin helps oversee branch operations and training for more than 75 Allen Tate agents and staff. In addition, she serves as branch leader of the company’s Lancaster, S.C. office.
Harbin is an award-winning career professional with 11 years of real estate experience. She joined the Allen Tate Company in 2007 and has worked as a buyer’s agent and part of the Andy Bovender Team in the company’s Charlotte-Providence@485 office since 2012. In October 2016, she joined the Allen Tate leadership team as sales manager of the Allen Tate Charlotte-Ballantyne and Indian Land-Doby’s Bridge offices.
She is a licensed broker and Realtor® in North and South Carolina.
Prior to her real estate career, Harbin was a stay-at-home mother. She attended the University of South Carolina. She enjoys volunteering with charitable organizations, including Crisis Assistance Ministry, PurpleStride Wage Hope, Multiple Sclerosis Society and National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Harbin and her husband, Jim, have two daughters and one son and make their home in South Charlotte. She enjoys spending time with family, reading and exercising.
