A Philadelphia region native, my family and I moved to Charlotte in 2006. Including my wife and 2 children, what we enjoy most about this area is the people, the sunny skies, and the proximity to so many southern charms.

After spending over 20 years working in corporate sales, I began a career in real estate out of a desire to help people in personal and tangible ways. What better way to help people than to bring my wealth of experiences and knowledge of product value, marketing, sales, contracts, and negotiation skills to the table on their behalf for one of the largest transactions of their lives.

As a seller, you wonder about things like: what improvements you need to do before putting the house on the market, what the buyers are going to ask for in the repair request from the home inspection, where you're going to live if you can't find a house before yours sells, etc...the worries go on and on.
As a buyer, you wonder about things like: how much house can we afford, why is the seller taking so long to respond to our offer, how much to give in due diligence, is the appraisal going to come in over our contract price, etc...the stress can be overwhelming.

When I am not providing services to my clients, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and kids. I also enjoy time spent serving others in a variety of ways.
