Hi I am James Brown and making my clients "Feel Good" has been a goal of mine for the past 28 years. I have accomplished this goal by listening to the needs of my clients, working to find the BEST solutions, maintaining a commitment to honesty and integrity at all times, while out working and out performing my competition.


Having been a Big Ten Champion, I understand team work, commitment, communication and dedication. I know what it takes to bring everyone on the same page to achieve a common goal. And I will use that experience and knowledge to make your buying or selling journey a smooth and successful one.


My personal Dream Team consists of my wonderful wife and equally amazing daughter. I love cooking, spending time with my family and Ohio State football. I wake every morning excited by the gift of a new day and grateful for the opportunity to do a little bit better than the day before.

Buying a home is probably one of the most joyful life events yet it can be wrapped neatly with stress and anxiety! If you don’t have someone walking along side you that you completely trust to navigate through the unknown, to answer all your questions, even talk you off the ledge when you think you’re moving too fast, believe me, it can be overwhelming. The paperwork, the builders, mortgage brokers and so on. I would have made mistakes... or just spent too much! The Allen Tate team was incredibly helpful and supportive My realtor kept it real!!! I was a nervous wreck, I was so annoying, I annoyed myself. I am sure I got on Mr. Brown’s nerves. I asked redundant questions. I called almost every day of the build. Though it wasn’t necessary because he kept me informed about every step of the process. Called when the windows went in, he went by during the screened in porch install. When the blinds were hung there were thirteen, he said “there should be fourteen” I found that perfection! He kept me abreast of every detail. When I got to close I knew exactly what to expect. I closed in 30 days after offer. What can I say except, I have his cards in my handbag and I’d refer him to my family that’s how much I respect him.
