1. Curb Appeal – Make sure that from the road your house looks inviting: Mow the grass regularly, Keep beds edged, Add fresh pine-needles or bark to your beds and around trees, Move any “junk” out and away from your house and yard, and Add fresh paint

2. Inside the Home – You live in your home, yes, but you don’t “show” your home like you live there! Create your own “model home” look: Remove all clutter!!, Clean, Reduce “stuff & things” in your closet, Downsize your “nick knacks”, and Use fresh aromas

3. Repairs – Go ahead and make any home repairs now!
