Susan began her personal lines insurance career over 27 years ago, with a third-generation owned firm. This experience of working with families that had been clients for three generations showed her that a focus on client service, and the ability to serve families now and into the future, was how she wished to build her career.

Relocating to the Carolinas in 1998, Susan joined a local, established family agency as a senior client manager. In this capacity she managed a widespread group of clients. Most recently, Susan was part of a national brokerage firm that specializes in affluent client management. She worked with Family Office programs in counseling and review of their insurance portfolios.

Susan takes a comprehensive view of her clients' needs, from protection of assets through placement of appropriate insurance coverage. Her dedication and commitment to detail assures her clients that their needs will never be overlooked.
