Stephanie sold residential real estate in the Lake Norman and Charlotte region with the Allen Tate Company for 11 years before transitioning to management in 2007. She holds the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, CRB, designation, the highest credential awarded to managers in the residential real estate field, recognizing professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Stephanie is active in the local REALTOR® board, having served on the Carolina Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors in 2009 and 2010, as a volunteer on the board's Housing Opportunity Foundation REALTORS® Care Day Task Force in 2009 and 2010, and finally as an appointee to the Charlotte Regional REALTOR® Association's Nominating Committee in 2010.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Stephanie holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication. She lives in Lake Norman's Greens at Birkdale Village with her husband Mark Gossett, and their daughter Ava Mae.
