Welcome to SandyGodfrey.com! My website is designed to help you make the process easier for you buying or selling real estate. I am a full time Real Estate agent in Lake Norman and surrounding area. I have been a professional Realtor since 1998 and managed two Allen Tate Mooresville branches. My management experienced along with my real estate sales experience has laid a great foundation to handle all your real estate needs.


As a native of the Charlotte/Lake Norman area, I have a different approach to marketing and promoting real estate. For the relocating buyer, I have the knowledge and tools needed to assist you in purchasing in the best location for you. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Business Administration concentrating Human Resources Management. The education and experience has taught me to be a great negotiator. To my surprise, the human resource aspect taught me how to understand people needs and personalities.


I reside in Mooresville with my daughter, Faith, and Shih Tzu, Sebastian. I am committed to God, my family and friends. My clients become my friends for life.
