The reality-style television series "House Hunters" highlights the emotional rollercoaster of finding and purchasing a new home. It takes viewers behind the scenes as individuals, couples and families learn what to look for when buying a home and decide whether or not a home is meant for them.

This exciting real estate reality show will feature Raleigh, North Carolina real estate professional Phyllis Wolborsky with the Allen Tate Company, as she negotiates the home buying process with her client Donna Callahan. Drawing on more than 40 years of experience, Phyllis helps her client find the perfect home with her negotiating skills and extensive knowledge of the Raleigh, North Carolina real estate market. This exciting HGTV-House Hunters episode will air on Thursday, May 14 at 9pm.
