With over thirty years experience in real estate, I am eminently prepared to address the needs and challenges of the Stratford Road office. My career has included owning a multi-office/multi-market real estate company, ten years of franchise development with two major real estate networks, area management responsibilities with one of Florida's largest real estate broker and developers, and office management duties in Charlotte and Winston-Salem. I currently hold Broker licenses in North and South Carolina, as well as Florida. I'm a licensed North Carolina General Contractor, a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and have earned the ePro designation from the National Association of REALTORS®.

I am an evangelist when it comes to leveraging the power of technology in real estate brokerage. My coaching and mentoring talents in this area have led to many agent success stories throughout my career. I firmly believe that agents leveraging technology are better organized, better communicators, and smarter about the market than those agents who rely solely upon the force of personality to win business.

I am married with four children. My casual pursuits include; reading, walking, flat water kayaking and internet surfing. My current residence is in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood of Winston-Salem and you can often find me enjoying the Par Course alongside Silas Creek Parkway.
