While I started my real estate career in 1997 in New Construction, and have a vast knowledge base regarding city ordinances, building code & standards, my bread and butter is re-sales: single family residences, condominiums/ townhomes, etc. I have been certified as a CRS, ABR and GRI. I am originally from Burlington, NC, but I have lived all over the country; I just always come back to this state! :) I love that Charlotte has so much to offer in terms of culture (we have GREAT museums and parks), sports (Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Bobcats, Charlotte Knights and NASCAR) and locality; 2 hours to go skiing in the winter and in 3.5 hours you can be at Wilmington/ Wrightsville Beach

While I started college as a Theater/ Dance major at East Carolina University, I switched over to Chemistry after going thru the program. I finished my degree, however, at University of North Carolina in Charlotte with a BA in molecular biology. UNC-C is one of the fastest growing universities in the state with state-of-the-art facilities we can all be proud of!
