Aside from years of real estate experience, she also is a certified paralegal. Her experience in real estate law has given her an expansive knowledge of contracts, HUD statements, and closings, which allows her clients to transition through the closing process with ease.

She is also a certified interior designer. As a Winthrop University graduate with a B.A. in Fine Arts, she studied construction framework, building codes, space planning, and interior design - and then went on to work with a local architect on space planning for both commercial and residential buildings. Because of this, she is able to speak a "builder's language".
