As a Davidson resident since 1998 Meg has lived in four different communities in the Lake Norman area. Meg provides keen insight into the diversity available. Meg has worked as a REALTOR® since 2005. A former teacher, Meg demonstrates excellent listening skills, patience and the ability to "do her homework" for her clients! Through her own life experiences of buying a house and then building her current residence, Meg has found that a person deserves "to come home to a place they feel most comfortable and love". Meg is active in the Davidson community with her church, charitable events and her children's schools. Meg holds a BS from Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently licensed to do real estate in North and South Carolina and maintains her teacher certification in North Carolina and Virginia. “I am writing this letter of recommendation for the work done by Meg O'Brien in selecting my home in Cornelius. During a very difficult relocation from my home in Boston, Meg went above and beyond the requirements of her role to help me find the perfect place for me in North Carolina.”

“Living almost 900 miles away from my new home, Meg truly anticipated all my needs, questions and facilitated a difficult transition. My work schedule is impossible; Meg made herself totally available to me whenever I needed to work with her.”

“Unequivocally, I recommend Meg to anyone locally or to those who are relocating and need to work with someone whom they can trust. These are personal attributes that are very difficult to come by these days. Meg and her family have now become friends whom I will cherish.”
