Mark Eaker serves as branch leader and broker-in-charge of two Allen Tate offices, Kings Mountain and Shelby, where he is responsible for recruiting, training and supervision of more than 25 real estate professionals and staff.

In addition, Mark oversees compliance issues for Allen Tate Realtors® and is responsible for annual HUD recertification for each Allen Tate sales office. He coordinates management of North and South Carolina transactional forms and handles all forms-related legal updates.
A native of Cleveland County and graduate of Kings Mountain High School, Mark attended Western Carolina University, where he played varsity tennis and served as team captain. He graduated magna cum laude with a degree in business administration.

Mark began his award-winning real estate career in 1987 in Roanoke, Virginia and was named "Rookie of the Year." He later served as a real estate instructor in the area. In 1998, he returned to North Carolina, where he worked in residential brokerage and as territory sales manager representing home warranty services and errors and omissions insurance in the greater Charlotte region.

In 2002, Mark joined Allen Tate where he has served in several sales management and branch leader roles.

Mark is an active member of the Cleveland County Association of Realtors, where he has served multiple terms as director and MLS chairperson. In 2014, he received the association's Realtor of the Year award.

Mark and his wife, Cindy, make their home in Kings Mountain. They enjoy golf and frequent trips to the beach.
