Lucy moved to the Lake Norman area in 1983 to sell what is now known as the condo community, Davidson Landing. She has worked with condos, townhomes, single family and custom homes. She has an exceptional knowledge of custom new home construction having worked since 2002 for Crescent Resources in the NorthView Harbour, The Point and Falls Cove neighborhoods.

Lucy is a Virginia native. She moved 17 times with corporate family and attended high school in Wilmington, N.C. She knows first hand the in and outs of moving.

Attended Wake Forest University, Graduated with a BA in political science. Lucy worked in government and bank marketing prior to entering real estate.

Member of Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce and Lake Norman Cornelius Lions Club.
