Lucy launched her early real estate career as the Editor of “Unique Homes”, the industry’s leading national and international luxury real estate magazine. She suspended her career to raise three children until 2002 when she and her husband, John, created a new North Carolina magazine called “NCboatinglifestyle”. Among other topics the magazine has closely followed the growth of North Carolina waterfront real estate development. Lucy’s longtime passion for real estate culminated in forming her own company, NC Waterfront Realty, which specializes in waterfront property referrals statewide. Lucy has joined the Allen Tate Company in Greensboro at the invitation of Colleen Long, real estate expert and top producer, to form a team. The Colleen Long Team works with both buyers and sellers throughout the Triad. Lucy and Colleen have 35 years combined residency in Greensboro, are detail oriented and customer service committed. Both are hard working, ethical, and with their extensive knowledge of the city and the real estate market they are especially eager to help you with all your real estate needs.
