Artist- Kim is an avid painter and has supported many local organizations with her art donations including: Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, Chefs for Kids Cancer, Susan G. Komen, Duke Mansion Preservation Society, Myers Park High School Foundation, and the Human Society.

Born and raised in North Carolina, Kim has lived in Charlotte since 1989. She began her sales career with The Charlotte Observer, 1989-2006. Kim sold real estate 2006-2011 and returned 2 years ago to work as a fulltime assistant with Gay Dillashaw. She has gained great experience and knowledge in the high end market- especially Myers Park and Eastover neighborhoods.


Kim’s family includes her husband Jeff, a Neuropsychologist, her daughters Ellis and Ava, 10 year old cavachon, Louie. Kim enjoys spending time with her family- especially in the North Carolina Mountains where she has owned property since 2004. She also enjoys yoga, book club, hiking, painting, gardening, watching her girls play sports, community activities and volunteering.
