After establishing a top-producing team and almost 15 years in RE general brokerage sales, I decided to take a new career path and focus my attention on my passion in leadership. As the Broker in Charge at the Allen Tate Lake Wylie office, I am committed to supporting the agents in our office through encouragement, training and guidance so that they may be able to deliver excellence in customer service to our clients. We work together in ways to take their business to the next level by using Allen Tate tools, technology and national networking to generate new business opportunities.
