Kate Merrill is a member of the Charlotte Regional REALTORS® Association, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, The National Association of REALTORS®, and a graduate of Allen Tate's Winner's Edge.
She graduated from Wittenberg University in Ohio, opened two art galleries in Main Line Philadelphia, and eventually moved to Mooresville in 1996. She lives on Lake Norman and enjoys working with rescue dogs, swimming, pontoon boating, and hiking. She is also a prolific writer and has published several novels.
