Our Team Leader, Karen Fuller Parsons, structured Team Parsons in January of 2004 to make sure she could deliver service that would bring you home! TEAM LEADER- Karen Fuller Parsons is a licensed full-time Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. She has been in the business since 1995. As a native Charlottean, she brings years of experience, professionalism, integrity and knowledge of the market to help service her customers' needs.

LICENSED TEAM MEMBER- Trisha Danchess is a Charlotte native with great communication skills and a strong personality that allows her to relate to people quickly. She understands the demands required of today’s families looking to purchase and/or sell a home. She brings knowledge of the market and information for her clients' personal needs.

LICENSED TEAM MEMBER- Shelby Jenkins is a native New Yorker with Carolina roots. Shelby has been in the Carolinas for over 17 years. She prides herself on providing personal and professional service based on the highest standard of values and client care. As a former Mortgage Broker, Shelby is invaluable when assisting you to buy or sell your home.
