Jim has a vast knowledge of the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry. His experience comes from working with commercial properties for a large pension fund in NYC for over 30 years.

In 2003, Jim relocated to Davidson, N.C. and recently refocused his interests to the one family markets.

Jim grew up in Ridgewood, N.J. and also resided in Scotch Plains, N.J. He has found the Charlotte area to be an exciting and very pleasant place to live.

He is a member of the River Run Country Club where he enjoys both Tennis and Golf.
