Jennifer joined Allen Tate in 2003 with a bang receiving the "Most Likely to Succeed" award from her "Winner's Edge" training classmates. Since then, Jennifer has taken the residential and commercial real estate industry by storm. As an active member of the Commercial and Residential Boards of Realtors®, Jennifer has consistently finished in the top 5% of the Allen Tate Company earning her the "Winner's Circle Award" in 2004, "Master's Circle Award" in 2005, "Chairman's Circle Award" in 2006, 2007 & 2008. Additionally, Jennifer was recognized with the coveted, "H. Allen Tate, Jr. Award" in 2007 & 2008, and the 2007 "Presidents Circle Award" for achieving over $25 million in closed volume. Jennifer was featured in the November 2007 issue of the "Charlotte Business Journal Commercial Quarterly." Her most astonishing accomplishment came in 2008 when she increased her closed volume by 50% and went on to receive the "Allen Tate Outstanding Achievement Award" and the most prestigious "Allen Tate Associate of the Year - Closed Volume". Jennifer was also the recipient of the 2008 "Deal Makers Silver Award" from the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors®.

Despite the challenging market conditions in residential and commercial real estate, Jennifer has consistently outperformed the market and her peers. A 50% increase in her personal business despite a 38% decrease in the market transactions is a remarkable accomplishment.

Within five years, Jennifer has grown her real estate career to become the #1 broker in the Charlotte region for the Allen Tate Company, the fifth largest independently-owned real estate firm in the US.

Jennifer is extremely active in the community serving on the board of directors of "The Patriot Gala/Patriot Festival" as well as lending efforts to the sponsorship committee of that charity. She also donates her time to "Kids 1st of the Carolinas" delivering meals to needy families at Thanksgiving, acquiring & wrapping presents for annual Christmas party for less-fortunate children. Jennifer has served on the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce "Business Expo Planning Committee", the Allen Tate ASC fund drive committee and is a founding member of the exclusive "Lake Norman Real Estate Alliance" where she heads-up the "Commercial Committee". Jennifer is also a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church.
