Jennifer joined Allen Tate in 2003 with a bang receiving the "Most Likely to Succeed" award from her "Winner's Edge" training classmates and since then, she has taken the residential & commercial real estate industry by storm. As an active member of the Commercial and Residential Boards of Realtors, Jennifer has consistently finished in the top 5% of the Allen Tate Company earning her the "Winner's Circle Award", the "Master's Circle Award", the "Chairman's Circle Award, the "H. Allen Tate, Jr. Award" four times and the "President's Club Award" for completing over $50 million in closed volume. Within her first five years, Jennifer grew her real estate career to become the #1 broker in the Charlotte region for the Allen Tate Company, the seventh largest independently-owned real estate firm in the US. Jennifer was featured in the "Charlotte Business Journal" 'Commercial Quarterly' as an industry leader and has won the "Deal Makers Silver Award" from the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors in 2008 & 2010.

Jennifer is active in the community & has recently been elected to her second term on the board of directors of "The Patriot Charities". Through events like "The Patriot Gala" held annually at the Quail Hollow Country Club the charity has raised over $1 million to aid wounded warriors returning from Iraq & Afghanistan to North & South Carolina.

Jennifer served on the Economic Development committee for the "Navigate Cornelius" project establishing the framework for the future development in the Cornelius area. She has served on the LKN Chamber of Commerce "Business Expo Planning Committee", the Allen Tate ASC fund drive & is a founding member of the "LKN Real Estate Alliance". Jennifer is also a member of the NC Motorsports Association.

Jennifer Jackson is a member of the national & state CCIM chapters and is currently pursuing her CCIM designation.
