I enjoy my role as Broker-in-Charge and Manager of the North Elm office, working with over 35 agents. My goal is to provide consistent leadership, support and counsel to my agents, helping them in whatever way I can to realize their full potential in real estate. In addition, I strive to provide a work environment that is relaxed and friendly with some fun along the way.

The North Elm office is located in Greensboro, near Lake Jeanette & Summerfield. Agents in my office service all of Guilford County along with portions of Rockingham, Forsyth, Alamance and Randolph counties.

I have been a REALTOR? For over 13 years, spending the last 7 years in leadership & branch management.

I am active in Greensboro Regional REALTORS® Association, serving in various capacities, including Treasurer, Board of Directors, RPAC Chair, Social Committee Chair, GRRA Foundation Board & Triad Multiple Listing Service Board.

Agent awards I've received include Rookie of the Year, Master's Circle, President's Club and the Realty Alliance Sales Awards. I have also earned my GRI, ABR, CRS and e-Pro designations.

Prior to entering real estate, I worked in the fields of community & education development, training, association management and sales.

I am one of those relocated Northerners! Originally from Ohio, I lived many years in upstate New York. And I don't miss the snow! Quiet time is spent reading; not so quiet time finds me cheering on my favorite Cleveland sports teams and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
