Hilary Stokes has more than 15 years marketing and sales experience. Her path has allowed her to live in North Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Cary, Five Points, Ridge Road area, Downtown Raleigh, and now in Cameron Village (the curse of loving real estate). This experience gives her a broad understanding of the entire Triangle that she combines with a deep knowledge and interest in walk able areas of Raleigh.

More than anything, she loves meeting people and guiding them through the process of buying or selling a home. Her experience living so many places has taught her that community and location matter more than anything. From an acre in the country to living 2 blocks from the grocery store is quite a journey. The best part about Raleigh is that there are places within 10 minutes of Downtown that still give you the privacy and landscape of the country. You CAN have it all! Don't be afraid to look. You just have to know where. And if you have to leave Raleigh and take your journey to another place, Hilary will work with you to craft the right strategy to help you market and sell your home.

My philosophy is pretty simple and involves communication and attention to detail. Technology is great for documenting just about everything, but sometimes, and especially in a big transaction like real estate, you need to pick up the phone. I understand the need to be responsive and am available via text, email, phone, and even in person.
