She enjoys working with Allen Tate's exceptional real estate professionals on a daily basis and, assisting them in growing their businesses. Gina is passionate about helping our agents to grow their businesses and, is dedicated to ensuring their success!

Gina strives to provide the highest level of support possible to our team members so that they are able to best serve our clients. She maintains an open door policy and is readily available when a team member needs assistance. Real estate is dynamic and our team members need answers and assistance quickly. Therefore, she is highly responsive and readily available. She recognizes that a real estate career is both a challenging and demanding career choice. It is important to have fun and, a sense of humor! She enjoys assisting our team members in learning to utilize the amazing tools, technology and marketing programs Allen Tate offers!

A Triangle native, Gina understands the area real estate market. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and, a Master's in Business Administration/Marketing from East Carolina University and, brings over 17 years of marketing, mortgage and real estate experience to the Allen Tate Team.

Prior to joining Allen Tate, Gina served as a REALTOR®, Recruiter and Agent Development Manager at JOY Real Estate, an independent, and Leading Real Estate Company of the World, in Greenville, South Carolina. She was responsible for building the agent team with excellent new and experienced real estate professionals, while partnering with them to grow their businesses.

Gina lives in Wake Forest with her husband and two daughters. Her professional memberships include the National Association of REALTORS®, Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® where she serves on the Communication Committee, Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce where she serves on the Membership Committee and, Rolesville Chamber of Commerce.

Gina earned the 2010 Triangle Leader of the Year Award and the 2012 Company-wide Leadership Award. Additionally, under Gina's leadership, the Wake Forest-Rolesville branch earned the 2011 Office Spirit and Office of the Year company-wide awards.
