Gail Hurst serves as Broker-in-Charge and manager of the Allen Tate Matthews Office. With 30 years experience she has served as broker -in-charge in three states and has developed a unique and progressive perspective regarding the real estate business. Gail's designations include CRB, CRS, GRI, and ABR, an accomplishment of only 2% of licensees in the nation. Gail has spent her career pursuing personal growth and expanding her leadership abilities. She has been coached/mentored by Mike Ferry, Joe Stomphf, Barbara Marshal, Dyan Dobbins and is currently being coached by nationally recognized Mike Staver. She uses her training and knowledge to mentor and coach her agents to help them reach their full potential.
Gail leads her Matthews's agents to maximize value and deliver high quality service to all their clients. They have implemented systems and have a managed process to ensure that service is provided in a meaningful and measurable manner. Gail's agents enjoy an environment of energetic teamwork centered in a Consumer Centric philosophy and nurtured by conscious care.
The Allen Tate Matthews Office is located in historic downtown Matthews, just 1.5 miles from I485 and Highway 74, making this location very convenient to may parts of the Metro Charlotte marketplace. Our Matthews facility will accommodated up to 55 agents making it a medium sized Allen Tate Facility.
