Craig Smith has grown up in the real estate business since he was a small child, as a second generation Realtor®/Broker. I developed two passions growing up: North Carolina sports and real estate. I have always had a fascination with architecture and design since I can remember. I can think back to when my mom would bring home blue prints of new construction homes.

I am experienced in brokerage, new home sales, property management sales, financial services and marketing. He is passionate about both Charlotte and real estate, and considers him-self very fortunate to have a job he truly loves. “My goal for each client is to help them find the right home and neighborhood, combined with the potential for good appreciation. This way the house serves as not only a home but also as a valuable investment.”
