My name is Ciji. My real estate agent was Connie Delaney, and I just want to tell you that she did the absolute best job in the world. That woman did everything short of baby-sit for me to help me close on my house; and it was the most awful, awful transaction you could ever dream for. She was so professional. She did such a good job and I wanted to call and tell you that she is worth her weight in gold. It was our first home and if I ever have to buy or sell another home, I will always use Allen Tate. She sold me on you all so much, that I now insure my motorcycle, my home and all of my vehicles from you all. Again, her name is Connie Delaney and my name is Ciji.
I just can't begin to tell you how much that woman did for me and she is the best real estate agent ever. So, I just wanted to call and give you a little compliment and to tell you that you have a knockout team -- and she needs a promotion! Thank you so much, and thank you for taking time out to listen to this message.
After joining the Allen Tate Company in April 2006, Connie Delaney looks forward to working with buyers and sellers in the Tri-County area and the greater Charlotte Metro area. Connie thoroughly enjoys the experience of hosting, touring and guiding prospective home buyers and that knowledge has always paid dividends in helping all of her sellers as well. She is dedicated to serving the needs of all her clients and customers today and in the future. Connie says, "When I am with a client, they are my only client."

I was raised in a military family, Marine Corps, and was accustomed to moving yearly. After being married, with four children in tow, we moved frequently throughout the United States. This gives me a unique perspective when working with those relocating-I can help anywhere in the world.
For thirty-five years I enjoyed my position as an orthodontic assistant. This career path allowed me to understand people under stress and the feeling that they receive when all is done.
Moved to Rock Hill in January 1998, raising 3 of my 4 children in this great town. They all graduated from Northwestern High School. Caitlin graduated from Francis Marion, Meghan graduated from University of South Carolina, Robert graduated from North Georgia C&S University. My oldest son David lives in Rock Hill with his wife, Shaunna and their beautiful daughter Allie.
