The process was as effortless as it could possibly have been. They made our decision to build-vs. buy-- one we would definitely take on again with them as our partners. You gave us good advice for preparing our home for showing, and you always ensured we had a fresh supply of flyers. The pre-inspection worked out great, what a creative idea. It gives the buyer a sense of confidence, while saving the buyer some money. It gave us a chance to repair the list of minor issues well ahead of time, and the house showed better once those small things were taken care of too. It eliminated the chance of a surprise at the last minute and was one less thing to worry about during the period between contract and closing.”
