Berry Bean is a native Charlottean living in the Lake Norman area since 1987. She possesses an abundant knowledge of Charlotte, North Mecklenburg as well as the Lake Norman area. She has a BA in Education and taught in the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System for 10 years before moving to Davidson and embarking on her Real Estate career. She has lived in Davidson as well as Cornelius.

Although she specializes in residential sales, she also has expertise in commercial real estate. She is a past advocate and representative of area builders.

Her familiarity of the area, her high energy and enthusiasm are apparent when assisting her clients with every aspect of buying and selling a home including financing, inspection, negotiating and closing.
