Andy is a Charlotte Native with personal experience in the Char-Meck school system. A graduate of South Meck and UNC-Charlotte, Andy's first love was baseball and spent time playing professional baseball with the Houston Astros. After baseball, Andy entered real estate joining Allen Tate Realtors and in 2006 ranked #5 in sales volume.

The Andy Bovender Team currently ranks as Allen Tate's #1 Team in the Charlotte Region for the second consecutive year, and operates two Team office locations.
