A graduate of South Meck and UNC-Charlotte, Andy's first love was baseball and spent time playing professional baseball with the Houston Astros. After baseball, Andy entered real estate joining Allen Tate Realtors and in 2006 ranked #5 in sales volume.

DEBBIE HOOKER - Debbie joined Allen Tate in 2001 after relocating to Charlotte from Florida and experiencing the challenges a family move can bring. KIM TROUTEN - Kim joined Allen Tate and the team in 2010 and brings years of experience in professional business & real estate management, luxury home construction, architectural planning, land development and staging. She is extremely knowledgeable of the Charlotte metro area and is delighted to assist you in finding the house that perfectly meets your needs.
SCOTT GOODALE - Scott joined the team in 2009 after leading his own real estate company, Providence Realty USA. His proficient technology skills, business experience, and passion to help others, are a perfect fit for the team. Scott's also a native, having grown up in both Rock Hill and Charlotte areas and attended Winthrop and UNC-Charlotte.
DEBBIE VEHR - Debbie joined the team in 2007 after having worked for Allen Tate as Office Admin and Broker/Realtor. As Office Admin, Debbie managed over 100 agents and their transactions, making sure each one went smoothly meeting all statewide guidelines. Debbie serves a Team Manager, Closing Coordinator, and Client Care Specialist.
CHRIS MAKOWSKI - Chris joined the team in 2011 as the team's Sales Coordinator. Chris brings extensive experience in Customer Service and Project Management and will serve as the main support for the team's expanding sales team.
