As a Realtor, Ace Henderson jumps “all in”, focusing on his clients' needs and helping them handle the big moves.

This globetrotter and military brat has moved more than 20 times, including internationally.

"I can relate to people moving across town – or from another country. I can understand a variety of situations."

Growing up with a father and grandfather who were Air Force fighter pilots, it's no wonder Ace was drawn to a military career that included airplanes. Only he jumped out of them.

Following graduation from UNC Charlotte in 2010, Ace served as both a soldier and as an officer in the United States Army for six years.

But his time in the air didn't stop there. He loves the sport of parachuting and has made more than 350 skydives, plus 100 technical jumps from objects such as cliffs, as well as wingsuit flying.

Ace loves adventure on land, too.

Having spent time in Europe and Mexico, he landed in Charlotte 10 years ago. Ace has lived in all corners of the city, including the University area, NoDa neighborhoods north of Uptown, Ballantyne to the south and now, the east where he built his home. He’s familiar with the variety of lifestyles the Queen City offers and provides a highly personal experience for home buyers and sellers.

It was while building his home he realized the thrill of real estate and chose to pursue a career as a Realtor – once again, following in family footsteps. His mother is an interior decorator; an uncle renovates commercial properties; and another aunt and uncle sold real estate.

Ace’s clients benefit from his entrepreneurial spirit and excellent negotiation skills. His past experience in new product development and technology sales help him to look creatively at any situation and approach it with his clients’ best interests in mind.

He continuously seeks out opportunities to learn. Just like the bustling city of Charlotte, he, too, is growing.

When he’s not working hard for his clients, Ace enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and Belgian shepherd, and exploring the wonders of nature.
